About the Role

This position focuses on creating a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay for every guest. The role goes beyond making beds and cleaning rooms; it is about supporting the overall guest experience by keeping all hotel areas presentable, orderly, and welcoming.

You will be part of a housekeeping and laundry team responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, common areas, and other parts of the property. The job requires a hands-on approach, readiness to move around the hotel, and the ability to respond to guest needs as they arise.

Core Responsibilities

The main goal of the role is to help deliver a smooth and pleasant guest experience by ensuring the hotel remains clean, well-kept, and functional.

The work may include attending to guest requests, replenishing housekeeping carts, cleaning rooms, and maintaining shared spaces, along with other related duties needed to support daily hotel operations.

Work Standards

Success in this role also depends on following company policies and procedures, protecting confidentiality, maintaining a safe work environment, and presenting a professional appearance and manner of communication at all times.

The position is physically active and involves standing, sitting, and walking for long periods, as well as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing under 50 pounds without assistance. Reasonable additional tasks may be assigned as needed to support guest satisfaction and hotel performance.
