Role Overview

Mr. Handyman of E. Nashville & Hendersonville is expanding its team of handyman and carpenter professionals in Greenville, South Carolina. The business is looking for highly skilled tradespeople who can handle a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks while delivering outstanding customer service.

This role is based at 25 Woods Lake Rd, Greenville, SC 29607. The company positions itself around quality workmanship, dependable service, and a commitment to getting the job done right. Team members are supported with industry software, business systems, and operational help so they can focus on the work itself.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range for this role is $25 to $30, depending on experience.

Key Duties

• Carry out small to medium repair and maintenance work for residential and commercial jobs.
• Discuss scope, pricing, and customer needs clearly so expectations stay aligned.
• Deliver a high-quality experience that encourages repeat business and long-term customer loyalty.
• Work independently for much of the day and manage your own schedule on assigned jobs.
• Interact professionally with customers, request reviews, and collect payments when required.
• Use required tools and technology to complete and document work properly.
• Follow the company’s process for job execution and documentation.
• Wear appropriate PPE and protective booties to safeguard customer homes.

Requirements

• Must live within the local service area.
• At least 8 years of paid handyman experience is required.
• Applicants must have their own tools.
• Must be eligible to be insured to drive the company vehicle.
• Must pass a background check and driving record check.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
• Must be able to work safely at heights and perform overhead work for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and proper care of the company vehicle are expected.
• Strong capability in at least three of the following areas: carpentry, bathroom improvements, kitchen improvements, interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, plumbing and electrical work where legally permitted, floor installation and refinishing, and knowledge of building codes.

Employment Details

This is a full-time, onsite position. The company notes that qualified candidates may be scheduled for an interview immediately after the requirements are met.
