Role Overview
This position is focused on creating a stay that feels smooth, distinctive, and memorable for every guest. Rather than handling check-in and check-out as routine tasks, the role centers on anticipating guest needs, supporting daily operations, and making every interaction feel thoughtful and personal.
What You’ll Do
- Support guests throughout their entire stay and provide a broad range of front-of-house services.
- Take initiative to handle operational tasks and guest requests as they arise.
- Prepare reports and complete necessary service-related documentation.
- Share helpful information about the local area and enhance the guest journey.
- Make service interactions feel seamless and part of the overall experience.
Work Expectations
This role requires active movement throughout the shift and a hands-on approach to work. You may need to stand, sit, or walk for long periods, and to move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Maintaining a safe environment, following company procedures, protecting company property, preserving confidentiality, and keeping a polished professional appearance and communication style are essential.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or an equivalent GED is preferred. No prior related work experience is required, and supervisory experience is not necessary. No license or certification is needed for this role.
