Temso AI helps businesses understand and improve how they show up inside AI-powered search and recommendation tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

As more buyers rely on AI to research, compare, and choose products or vendors, brands need to manage their AI visibility with the same seriousness they give to their website, SEO, and overall reputation.

Temso AI is a full-stack AI search optimization platform designed for action, not passive monitoring. It helps teams see when their brand appears in AI-generated answers, which themes they are trusted for, where competitors are gaining visibility, and what practical steps can improve authority, presence, and performance in AI search.

You will join a team with prior experience building and scaling products, including people behind Moonfare, SoundCloud, Aplano, and BlueLayer. Collectively, the founders have built companies now valued at more than half a billion dollars.

Role summary

This is a very hands-on growth role for someone who enjoys solving growth problems like a puzzle. The ideal person is comfortable testing ideas quickly, spotting hidden sources of attention and demand, and turning customer insights into strong positioning, landing pages, campaigns, outbound messaging, case studies, and experiments that drive growth.

Core responsibilities

• Design and run experiments across multiple channels, then scale the tactics that show traction.
• Improve visibility in both AI search and conventional search by using the company’s own product and strategy.
• Help expand the presence of Temso and its founders on platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and similar channels.
• Convert internal knowledge into content that people genuinely find useful, engaging, and worth sharing.
• Identify high-potential growth loops and put them into action.

Qualifications

• Several years of practical growth experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup or in an environment where you had to figure things out without much support, budget, or team size.
• Evidence that you have grown something directly yourself rather than only coordinating agencies or following someone else’s playbook.
• Comfort working across a broad set of channels, including paid acquisition, SEO, social media, content, and other tactics as needed.
• Strong comfort with data: you can set up tracking, interpret results honestly, and use the numbers to decide your next move.
• Strong writing speed and clarity, with the ability to simplify complicated ideas.
• Genuine interest in AI and how it is changing the way people discover and trust brands.
• Bonus points for experience marketing to marketers, SEO agencies, or technical buyers, familiarity with AI search / GEO, or having built a side project or audience of your own.

Working arrangement

The role is fully remote. Both full-time and part-time candidates are welcome, including fractional operators. For part-time applicants, the expectation is that they can commit enough hours each week to own meaningful outcomes rather than simply advising from the sidelines.
