Role summary

This is a very hands-on growth role for someone who enjoys solving growth problems like a puzzle. The ideal person is comfortable testing ideas quickly, spotting hidden sources of attention and demand, and turning customer insights into strong positioning, landing pages, campaigns, outbound messaging, case studies, and experiments that drive growth.

Core responsibilities

  • Design and run experiments across multiple channels, then scale the tactics that show traction.
  • Improve visibility in both AI search and conventional search by using the company’s own product and strategy.
  • Help expand the presence of Temso and its founders on platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and similar channels.
  • Convert internal knowledge into content that people genuinely find useful, engaging, and worth sharing.
  • Identify high-potential growth loops and put them into action.
