Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create a variety of communication assets for internal and external use. The role involves working on digital and print materials while staying aligned with brand standards and meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design communication materials independently, including web pages, PowerPoint presentations, digital and physical signage, newsletters, emails, and brand-aligned creative assets.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver a broad range of communication content on schedule.
• Conceptualize and produce original visuals by deciding on the right mix of color, typography, imagery, and layout with limited oversight.
• Review current workflows, assess design impact, spot gaps, and recommend improvements that strengthen design effectiveness.
• Organize and keep updated internal repositories containing designs, photos, and video assets.
• Edit videos for use as a communication tool; this is a mandatory part of the job.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have strong experience using Adobe Creative Cloud tools and Outlook, along with a solid background in content creation. Advanced PowerPoint capability is essential, and applicants should also bring strong verbal and written English communication skills as well as a good eye for design.

Eligibility

Applicants must hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
