About the internship
This remote graphic design internship at Neave Tech is intended for a creative learner who wants practical exposure across visual design, UI/UX, and video editing. The role offers real project experience in the IT solutions space, along with mentorship and the chance to contribute to marketing and product-focused design work.
What you’ll work on
- Partner with the design team to produce engaging visuals for the website and marketing campaigns.
- Support the creation and refinement of user-friendly interfaces for digital products.
- Edit and assemble high-quality video content for promotions and presentations.
- Develop custom graphics, illustrations, and logos using CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and help shape design concepts.
- Keep track of current design trends and emerging tools so the work stays modern and relevant.
- Handle other design-related tasks as needed to help the team succeed.

Stipend and structure
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 7,000 to 13,000. The stipend is split into fixed pay of ₹5,000 to ₹8,000 per month plus incentive pay of ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per month.
Additional benefits
Selected interns may receive a certificate, a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, a 5-day work week, and a job offer upon successful conversion to a permanent role. The expected salary for a converted employee is ₹2,00,000 to ₹3,50,000 per year.
