Role summary
Deutsche Bank’s Global Foreign Exchange franchise is hiring an experienced FX derivatives risk manager in Singapore. The role sits within the Asia Pacific business and supports a global trading environment that spans sales, trading, and research across a broad range of currency products.
About the team
The DBFX business is known for its strength in foreign exchange markets. The team structures and distributes market products to a targeted client base, trading currencies across G10, emerging markets, and precious metals in all maturities. What you will do
- Manage portfolio risk for Asia and CEEMEA emerging markets FX derivatives across global portfolios during Asian trading hours.
- Handle the execution of client trades and hedging activity across a wide range of FX markets.
- Provide pricing and market-making support for the bank’s regional franchise across multiple currencies and derivative products.
- Meet institutional and corporate clients together with the Sales team to protect and grow the bank’s client franchise in Asia Pacific.
- Partner closely with Sales and Structuring teams to uncover and develop new business opportunities and client relationships.
- Contribute to projects and process improvements that strengthen pricing, risk control, and trade execution efficiency.
