Front Desk Management
- Welcome members, visitors, and guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Respond to questions and share details about WeWork services and amenities.
- Route incoming phone calls to the correct person or team.
Community Bar Operations
- Keep the community bar stocked, orderly, and ready for use.
- Support members with coffee and beverage service while keeping the area neat and pleasant.
- Help create a welcoming social environment at the community bar.
Keycard Activation and Access Control
- Set up keycards for new members and manage access permissions properly.
- Resolve keycard concerns and access issues in a timely way.
- Work with the technology team to support digital product check-ins.
Check-in and Guest Handling
- Manage the arrival process for members and visitors.
- Record guest details and the reason for each visit accurately.
- Coordinate with security staff to monitor and approve visitor entry.
Digital Product Support
- Help members use digital tools, including mobile apps and workplace technology.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for common technical issues.
- Partner with the IT support team when issues require deeper technical help.
Administrative Support
- Carry out routine administrative work such as handling mail and packages.
- Ensure the front desk remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Support scheduling and coordination for events or meetings in the workspace.
Member Engagement
- Develop positive connections with members and contribute to a strong sense of community.
- Listen carefully to member feedback and respond to concerns or suggestions.
- Encourage participation in community events and activities.
Experience and Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities at the same time.
- Comfort working with technology and basic digital tools.
- Positive mindset and enthusiasm for building a lively, collaborative community.
