Role Overview
This position supports the smooth running of daily fleet activities by organizing vehicle use, keeping track of condition and usage, and helping field teams operate effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange vehicle dispatches and allocate vehicles according to operational needs.
- Check vehicle status regularly and flag any defects or maintenance concerns.
- Assist operational staff during field-based assignments and activities.
- Help ensure trips follow planned routes and timing requirements.
- Keep movement logs and other basic operational records updated.
Requirements
- Completion of SSC is required.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in Qatar.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Strong familiarity with local roads, routes, and driving conditions.
- Prior experience handling medium-sized vehicles.
- Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors and in shifts.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is needed.
