About the Role

This field-based position is suited to someone who is technically inclined, customer-oriented, and comfortable working closely with both clients and internal teams. You will support product lines in a collaborative onsite environment, helping ensure strong technical capability, dependable service delivery, and high customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on chemical pumps to help keep equipment operating safely and reliably.
Strengthen and maintain product-line knowledge in line with the organization’s competency framework.
Use practical technical expertise and functional know-how to assist with field activities and customer needs.
Approach service delivery with a strong customer-first mindset.
Communicate clearly with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to support day-to-day objectives.
Work as part of a team to deliver safe, efficient, and consistent field execution.
Take part in training and product-learning activities to keep technical skills current.

What We’re Looking For

A technical diploma, or at least 5 years of relevant industrial experience.
A two-year technical degree is preferred.
Background in the industry, along with completed product-line training.
Solid technical, functional, and troubleshooting ability.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Comfort working within established procedures, learning structures, and competency requirements.
A clear commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
