What the role involves
In this position, you will visit residential neighborhoods, identify homes that may be eligible for a free roof inspection, speak with homeowners, and book inspection appointments for the in-home inspection team. This is not a roof-climbing or direct selling role; instead, the work focuses on ground-level observation, homeowner education, and appointment setting.
Responsibilities
- Cover assigned residential areas and canvass neighborhoods on foot.
- Introduce yourself to homeowners and explain the free inspection service.
- Carry out simple visual checks from the ground.
- Set up appointments for roof inspections with interested homeowners.
- Remain active and work outdoors during the day.

Schedule and work setup

Pay includes hourly earnings, commission, and performance bonuses. Weekly earnings are stated at $770 to $1,350, and weekly pay is offered. First-year income is estimated at $40,000 to $70,000+ depending on performance and consistency.
