About the Role
Breakout, a leading real-life escape game company in Bangalore, is looking for an enthusiastic intern to contribute to the creation of engaging, interactive spaces. In this position, you'll gain immersive experience in architecture and interior design tailored specifically to storytelling environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Help craft unique and immersive environments by developing detailed layouts, conceptual mood boards, professional presentations, and 3D visualizations.
- Participate in space planning, selection of appropriate materials, and preparation of documentation essential for project realization.
- Serve as a liaison with various stakeholders—including vendors, fabricators, and in-house teams—to facilitate effective project delivery.
- Engage in on-site activities such as visits, measurements, and progress assessments to monitor the execution stage.
- Stay updated on design trends, offering innovative ideas to elevate guest experience and thematic storytelling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Architecture, Interior Design, BDes (Interior/Spatial Design), or related field.
- Demonstrated ability through a strong academic or personal design portfolio.
- Skilled in AutoCAD and Google SketchUp; familiarity with Revit, Adobe Photoshop, or rendering tools is a plus.
- Openness to site visits and potential hybrid work conditions.
- Creativity, passion for design, meticulousness, and a willingness to learn through practical experience.
Internship Details
- Full-time, on-site position in Bangalore.
- 6-month duration, with the option to start between August 2 and September 6, 2026.
- Stipend: 15,000–20,000 INR per month.

- Opportunity for a full-time job offer upon successful completion of the internship.
- Potential permanent position comes with an annual salary in the 270,000–360,000 INR range.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be available in Bangalore for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Can commit to the full six-month internship period starting between the specified dates.
