Role overview

Nando’s PERi-PERi is looking to add Expeditors to its team in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available. The role offers a lively, supportive workplace and is suitable for candidates starting out in the restaurant industry as well as those looking for extra income.

About the role

As an Expeditor, you act as the connection point between the kitchen and the guest. You help make sure food is prepared promptly, matches Nando’s quality standards, and is delivered to the correct customer. The position also includes assembling and packaging take-out orders, while serving as the last point of contact for these customers. Success in this role depends on staying organized, working efficiently, and maintaining a professional, courteous, and dependable approach.

Expeditors collaborate closely with the team to help deliver an experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations and reflects the Nando’s brand.

Minimum requirements

• Comfortable following instructions and working well with others.
• Able to stay composed and effective in busy, high-pressure situations.
• Strong commitment to service quality, along with knowledge of food and beverage basics.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling practices.
• Basic English communication skills and a professional manner are required.

Physical demands

• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs independently for extended periods.
• Expected to stand, walk, and use stairs with food and dishware throughout the shift.
• Work may require standing and/or walking for 8 to 10 hours per day.
• Hand-eye coordination is necessary.
• The role involves reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping.
• You should be able to push and pull items as needed.
• Overhead lifting may be required.
• Ability to use stairs in multi-level restaurants is necessary.
