Role Overview
This position focuses on building and sustaining guest relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and supporting business growth through acquisition and retention efforts. The role also involves representing the property to guests, keeping them informed about current programs and activities, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Spot promising market segments and prospective players to support both acquisition and retention goals.
- Use telemarketing and on-site engagement activities to nurture and deepen guest relationships.
- Stay current on in-house programs, promotions, and events so guests receive accurate and timely information.
- Welcome and host guests, understand their preferences and needs, and collect feedback to uphold hospitality standards.
- Handle credit line administration and collection-related matters.
- Protect confidentiality and follow all regulatory obligations, internal policies, operating procedures, controls, and service standards.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must satisfy the applicable regulatory authority's minimum age requirement of 21 years.
- A Degree or Diploma in Business or a related discipline is required, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- The role requires willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
