Role Overview
This is a temp-to-hire Executive Assistant opportunity with a highly successful private investment firm in the New York City metropolitan area. What You’ll Do
- Provide direct executive support to investment leaders, including full management of busy calendars, coordination of frequent travel, and detailed expense reconciliation.
- Work alongside the operations team to support events and step in to cover office needs when required.
- Own administrative processes end-to-end while balancing shifting priorities in a fast-moving setting.
About You
- You have 3 to 5 years of corporate administrative experience, ideally gained in investment, finance, or professional services environments.
- You bring a hands-on, service-oriented attitude and are comfortable taking on both major and minor tasks in support of the team.
- You communicate clearly and stay highly organized when dealing with stakeholders across all levels.
- You fit well in a workplace that values commitment, professional growth, respect, and teamwork.
