Role Overview

Nawasi Al Khair Equestrian Academy in Taif, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, recognized as one of the largest equestrian academies in Western Saudi Arabia, is hiring an accomplished professional to manage academy operations and lead its teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the academy’s overall administration and daily functioning, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations.
• Direct and support both administrative and technical staff, track performance, and promote ongoing improvement.
• Create and execute operational and strategic plans that align with the academy’s mission and long-term goals.
• Maintain strong quality standards across training, facilities, and service delivery.
• Contribute to sustainable expansion and help deliver the academy’s operational and developmental targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing equestrian academies, riding schools, or similar specialized equestrian operations.
• Solid experience in operations management and in leading teams from different functions.
• Strong capability in leadership, planning, organization, and communication.
• Ability to think strategically, make practical decisions, and manage resources responsibly.
