About the Role
CodeVertex Talent is looking for an entry-level virtual data entry clerk to help keep business information accurate, well-organized, and ready for day-to-day operations. The position focuses on maintaining records, updating documentation, and supporting remote workflows in a structured way.
Key Responsibilities
- Input, revise, and keep records current in internal platforms, spreadsheets, and workflow tools.
- Check incoming data for missing details, formatting issues, duplicate entries, and basic consistency.
- Sort digital documents and manage files in line with internal standards and procedures.
- Share progress updates, note missing information, and flag exceptions clearly to team leads.
- Handle customer, applicant, company, and operational data with strict confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Strong focus on accuracy, along with good communication, organization, and dependability.
