About the Role
CodeVertex Talent is looking for an entry-level Data Entry Operator to help keep records accurate, documentation organized, and internal operations running smoothly in a remote setting. This position plays a key part in maintaining reliable information that can be used confidently for day-to-day business activities.
Responsibilities
- Input, revise, and maintain correct data in internal platforms, spreadsheets, and workflow tools.
- Check submitted details for completeness, proper formatting, duplicate entries, and basic consistency.
- Arrange digital documents and keep records aligned with internal process requirements.
- Share task progress, missing details, and any exceptions clearly with team leads.
- Handle customer, applicant, business, and operational information with a high level of confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Strong focus on accuracy, clear communication, organization, and dependability.
- Capability to work from home independently while taking responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Comfort working within a structured business environment.
- Ability to manage documentation, records, systems, or operational work with precision.
