Role overview
This position focuses on managing the daily growth and upkeep of the online product catalog, while also supporting the wider performance of the company’s ecommerce channels and web platforms.
What you will handle
You will take ownership of brand and marketplace listings across Amazon and other selling channels, managing the full listing lifecycle from titles and bullet points to A+ content, imagery, keywords, variations, and ongoing optimization.
- Oversee and improve product listings across multiple brands
- Review rank, conversion, and search visibility data, then implement changes to improve results
- Maintain catalog quality by resolving suppressions, flat-file issues, variation errors, and missing content
- Submit, follow up on, and resolve support and brand registry cases
- Track inventory health and identify stock shortages or aging inventory risks early
- Assist with upkeep of the company’s other websites and sales platforms so pricing, product details, and content remain aligned
What the employer is seeking
