Alif Stores is a lively retail business that sells electronics, toys, lifestyle items, office and school essentials, and unique chocolate-inspired books and gadgets. Its online store is designed to offer customers a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience.

Role Summary

In this position, you will manage the quality and completeness of product information across the company’s e-commerce platform. The job focuses on building new product entries, refining existing listings, and making sure each item is presented clearly, accurately, and attractively.

Key Duties

Collect and organize product details from the relevant internal sources.
Prepare concise, customer-friendly product titles and descriptions.
Upload product photos and verify that image presentation is correct.
Set product attributes, pricing, and category assignments with accuracy.
Review live listings to spot mistakes, missing information, or inconsistencies.
Work with internal teams to correct listing issues promptly.
Help improve how products appear, how easily they can be found, and the overall website experience.

Profile Requirements

Strong ability to analyze product data, track listing quality, and identify improvement opportunities.
High attention to detail for data entry, formatting, and image management.
Comfort using e-commerce systems, spreadsheets, and basic content management tools.
Background in online retail, merchandising, or data entry is an advantage.
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related area is helpful.
Arabic language proficiency is required.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Doha, Qatar.
