Role Overview
UltraTech Cement is looking for an experienced security professional to handle site-wide protection responsibilities at its Sarlanagar Cement Works in Sedam, Gulbarga. The role covers security operations across the plant, mines, and township, with a strong emphasis on vigilance, coordination, and incident handling.

Experience and Qualification
Applicants should hold any graduation degree and bring 5 to 10 years of experience as a Chief Security Officer. Ex-serviceman background is mandatory for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee security coverage for the plant, mines, and township.
- Manage deployment and supervision of security guards.
- Maintain coordination with local villagers and establish working relationships with local police to support security needs.
- Track intelligence inputs through night patrols, CCTV review, and timely reporting.
- Carry out investigation of incidents and prepare proper reports.
- Put safety procedures into practice and monitor compliance across the plant, township, and mines.
Preferred Skills
Problem solving and MIS handling are preferred for this role.
