Role Summary
The Director – Transfer Pricing will take ownership of transfer pricing mandates, guide client engagements, and provide high-level advisory support on UAE and OECD transfer pricing matters. The role also involves leadership responsibilities, business development, and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct transfer pricing assignments from start to finish.
- Provide advisory support on UAE transfer pricing rules and OECD standards.
- Evaluate transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking analyses, and intercompany agreements.
- Assist clients with transfer pricing planning, compliance requirements, and audit support.
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with clients.
- Drive business development efforts and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in transfer pricing, including a minimum of 2 years in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE corporate tax, UAE transfer pricing regulations, OECD transfer pricing guidelines, and international tax concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client engagements and lead teams.
- A professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, ADIT, CTA, or an equivalent credential is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and business development capabilities.
