Key Responsibilities
- Use approved digital marketing approaches to promote leadership and personal development education products.
- Produce and oversee content across online and digital channels.
- Handle customer questions and share relevant information about the products.
- Work with a structured marketing system and digital support materials.
- Take part in regular product updates and professional learning sessions.
- Develop and sustain strong, positive relationships with customers.
- Monitor work activity and follow the established operating process.
