What You Will Be Doing
In this Digital Designer role, you will be involved in a wide array of digital projects, focusing on crafting compelling and intuitive user experiences for websites, digital platforms, social media content, presentations, and other digital interfaces. You will work hand-in-hand with strategists, project managers, and developers to translate concepts, research findings, and business needs into clear and effective design solutions. Your contributions will include developing user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, interface designs, and visual design systems, all while upholding consistency, usability, accessibility, and a high caliber of creative output across all assignments.
This position is ideal for an individual who thrives on solving challenges through design, prioritizes the end-user experience, and produces work that harmonizes creativity with practical functionality.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Digital Design, with a mandatory focus on UX/UI design.
- Demonstrated experience in designing websites, digital products, platforms, or customer-facing experiences.
- A robust understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
- Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Proficiency in using design tools such as Figma or comparable software.
- The capacity to collaborate effectively with both creative and technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
