About the role
This position sits within easyhome, part of the goeasy group and Canada’s largest lease-to-own retailer. What you’ll do
- Create a strong customer experience by greeting and engaging people in person, by phone, and through email.
- Help keep the store running smoothly by assisting with merchandising and general store upkeep.
- Provide top-tier service while delivering products to customers’ homes.
- Carry out routine maintenance on the truck and support daily upkeep around the store.
- Guide customers through the moving and delivery process, resolve concerns, and make sure they are satisfied.
- Complete and confirm paperwork with customers on site.
What you’ll bring
- A valid full class driver’s licence with a driving abstract in good standing.
- The physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large household items.
- Strong communication skills with a customer- and results-focused mindset.
- Previous exposure to a customer-facing role.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently.
- Eligibility to pass required background screening, including criminal, employment, and driving history checks.
