About the Role
JK Technology is seeking a dedicated Delivery Assistant to join their operations team in Singapore. This role involves supporting the delivery process, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods, and maintaining vehicle upkeep. The position operates on a standard Monday to Friday office hours schedule.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the secure loading and unloading of delicate items onto delivery vehicles, ensuring they reach customers without damage.
- Guarantee that all customer deliveries are completed according to the designated routes and schedules.
- Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the delivery vehicle.
- Contact customers to inform them of impending arrivals.
- Verify that all Delivery Orders (D.O.) are properly signed upon completion of delivery.
- Undertake any other duties as directed by management.
Requirements
- Proficiency in managing time effectively to meet all delivery deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team and possess strong communication capabilities.
- Physical capability to handle and transport heavy items.
- Competence in operating a pallet jack for the movement and loading of goods.
Schedule
The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, adhering to standard office hours.
Ability to Commute
