About the Company

The company produces premium fresh prepared foods and creates restaurant-style items sold nationwide, including individual grab-and-go fresh soups, mac and cheese, and entrées for grocery stores, hot bars, and restaurants. Role Summary
This role suits someone who performs well in a busy setting, maintains a positive and proactive mindset, follows established procedures carefully, and pays close attention to detail while working collaboratively with others.
Key Duties
- Check and confirm departmental HACCP documentation for accuracy.
- Track and log important process stages from the beginning to the end of each batch.
- Support the setup of the pack-out line when needed.
- Input recipes into production database systems.
- Spot yield concerns and production bottlenecks and report them to the Lead and Coordinator.
- Provide production assistance as required.
- Use radio frequency (RF) equipment as part of daily work.
Education and Experience
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with either one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
