Role Overview
This position is for an early-career Data Analyst who is comfortable working with data, spotting patterns, and helping teams make better decisions. The role is suited to someone who is detail-focused, eager to learn, and able to contribute in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather data from several sources, prepare it for analysis, and review it for quality and completeness.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visual summaries that make findings easy to understand.
- Assist business teams with one-off analysis tasks and data-related questions.
- Look for trends, patterns, and areas where performance or processes can be improved.
- Work with stakeholders to clarify reporting needs, data expectations, and analysis goals.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across datasets, reports, and outputs.
- Record data sources, analysis methods, and reporting workflows for future reference.
Requirements
- This role is aimed at entry-level, junior, or associate candidates with roughly 0–3+ years of experience, including internships.
- Background in data analysis, business intelligence, or a closely related function.
- Working knowledge of Excel, SQL, and/or visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong ability to analyze information and solve problems logically.
- Capability to turn data findings into practical recommendations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first setup.
- English fluency is required.
