Role overview
Aaratech Inc. is looking for a Data Analyst with hands-on exposure to CRM systems and Salesforce. This position centers on turning customer and pipeline data into clear insights that can help sales and marketing teams make better decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Examine CRM records and customer journey data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare reports and summaries for sales and marketing stakeholders.
- Use Salesforce data sets and dashboards to support day-to-day analysis.
- Assist with evaluating campaign outcomes and overall performance metrics.
- Maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency across data sources.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Data, or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst role is expected.
- Prior work with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce data, is needed.
- Strong SQL knowledge and reporting capability are essential.
Preferred experience
- Comfort with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
- Exposure to customer analytics and behavioral analysis.
- Experience using BI tools for reporting and insight generation.
