About the Role
We are hiring an early-career Data Analyst in the United States to support analytics, business intelligence, reporting, dashboard creation, statistical analysis, and the conversion of complex data into practical business recommendations. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working with data to uncover patterns, generate insights, and help teams make informed decisions.
You will partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and leaders to examine datasets, prepare reports, highlight trends, and contribute to data-led initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather data from multiple sources, then clean, check, and analyze it for accuracy and usefulness.
- Build and update reports, dashboards, and visual data summaries.
- Carry out data mining, trend reviews, and business performance analysis.
- Design KPIs, metrics, and leadership-ready reporting outputs.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
- Use data insights to spot business opportunities and process improvements.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and share results with management.
- Maintain strong data quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting tools.
- Assist with business intelligence and data governance efforts.
Required Qualifications
- A master’s degree is mandatory in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Applied Statistics, Quantitative Analytics, or another related quantitative discipline.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Visualization, Business Analytics, or a similar area.
- Strong ability to analyze quantitative information and solve problems effectively.
- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfort working with large datasets and analytical tools.
Preferred Technical Skills
SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, data visualization, statistical analysis, data cleaning and transformation, business intelligence, and reporting/dashboard development.
Work Location
This position is available in the United States, with onsite, hybrid, and remote options mentioned.
