Role Overview
This opportunity is for a Contact Centre Agent supporting a banking client in Dubai on a short-term contract basis. The assignment is expected to run for 3 to 4 months and is suited to candidates with customer service experience, ideally in banking or financial services.
Functional Requirements
- Prior experience in a contact centre or customer service environment.
- Exposure to banking or financial services is preferred.
- Working knowledge of digital and mobile banking support.
- Ability to manage calls effectively and handle customer objections.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and troubleshoot basic concerns.
- Understanding of banking products and services at a foundational level.
Technical and Systems Skills
- Comfort with navigating systems and applications.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and telephony platforms.
- Ability to support digital channels and mobile app-related queries.
- Basic troubleshooting and process guidance capabilities.
