Role Overview
This position combines customer support with data entry work. The selected candidate will manage customer queries, assist in resolving concerns in a professional manner, and keep interaction records accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and support requests in a courteous and professional way.
- Work toward resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Record customer interactions accurately and ensure follow-up details are maintained.
- Perform data entry tasks as required to support daily operations.
Eligibility
Applicants should have completed at least 10+2 or be graduates. Both freshers and candidates with prior experience are welcome. Graduation is not mandatory.
