About the Role

Position Overview
The role is for a Customer Success / Support Operations Evaluator working on a contract basis from a remote setting.
What You’ll Do
- Review AI-created outputs using role-specific quality standards.
- Spot issues related to correctness, visual quality, and presentation across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- Write precise, well-organized feedback that helps improve AI-generated work.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain strong output quality.
- Handle tasks independently and asynchronously while meeting deadlines.
Experience and Skills Needed
Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in customer success or support operations. Strong English fluency is required at a native or professional level. Candidates must also be highly comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Slides.
Preferred Profile
A Master's degree or a higher qualification from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
