Role Overview
This position is for a Customer Success Manager responsible for leading the client experience for VIP campaign accounts. You will represent Cashu Group to some of its most important clients, ensuring they stay informed, confident, and able to see the full value of the campaigns being delivered. The role is strategic rather than reactive, requiring you to understand the service being provided, turn performance data into clear client-facing insights, and address relationship issues before they develop.
Key Responsibilities
Your work will centre on managing relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients, mainly listed companies in North America and Australia. You will prepare and deliver detailed campaign updates covering reach, engagement, stock sentiment, ROAS, and related metrics. A major part of the role involves creating accurate written records of campaign outcomes so clients can use them internally, including with board-level stakeholders. You will also coordinate closely with campaign and content teams to protect delivery quality, while spotting opportunities for renewals and upsells. Maintaining complete and current records in HubSpot, including notes, activities, and next steps, will also be part of the job.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has prior experience in a client-facing position such as account management or customer success. You should be comfortable working with financial language and core concepts like market cap, ROAS, trading volume, and investor sentiment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as your emails and reports will shape how clients view the company. The role also calls for a highly detail-oriented approach to documentation, a self-driven working style, and the ability to perform well in a fully remote environment. Experience in financial services, investor relations, marketing, or a listed-company setting is a strong plus.
Compensation and Work Setup
The role offers an annual base salary of AUD 75,000 to AUD 100,000, depending on experience. It is a fully remote full-time position open to candidates based in Australia or North America. This is a visible role in a fast-growing company where your contributions will be recognized, and you will work with live campaigns for real ASX-listed companies.
