Customer Service Associate

Role Overview

This position is for a Customer Service Associate based in Chandigarh, Punjab, working from the office in a permanent full-time setup. The role focuses on supporting customers with online shopping concerns, order-related questions, identity checks, account safety, and other service needs. You will be the first human touchpoint for customer assistance and will help deliver a customer-first experience.

What You Will Do

• Respond to customer queries by phone, chat, and email.
• Use multiple internal tools to find information and guide customers in real time.
• Support identity verification and help address account security matters.
• Spot possible fraud or security risks that could affect customer experience.
• Handle customer problems through independent thinking rather than relying on scripts.
• Troubleshoot issues related to accounts, purchases, and shopping activity.

• The job is desk-based for most of the shift.

Schedule and Availability

• Shifts may vary from Monday through Sunday.
• Rotational scheduling is expected, with late-night and overnight shifts as the main pattern.
• Early morning, afternoon, weekend, and overtime shifts may also be required.
• Punctuality and full attendance for every shift are expected.
• Full commitment to the role during working hours is required.

Training and Support

No prior customer service experience is necessary. Training will be provided after joining, along with a complete equipment package. Ongoing learning opportunities are also available to help you build your skills.

Eligibility and Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You should have completed 10+2 / 12th grade education.
• Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Strong English communication skills are required, including the ability to understand and follow all job expectations.
• You must be legally authorised to work in India.
