Role overview

What you will do

You will report to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager and may be placed on tills, in customer-facing areas, or in the stock/back-room side of the store. The role is focused on helping customers, keeping the shop running efficiently, and supporting a welcoming store environment.

• Support customers with friendly, helpful service by answering questions, offering product guidance, suggesting alternatives, and helping them feel comfortable in store.
• Learn the current store promotions and schemes and actively share them with customers.
• Contribute to smooth store operations by making sure the right products are displayed, serving customers at the till, and assisting with stockroom tasks.
• Work closely with the rest of the team to create a pleasant shopping experience and keep the store clean, tidy, and ready for customers.
