About the Role
Tzofiah Web Services in Bindura, Zimbabwe is expanding its Africa-focused portfolio of web hosting, SaaS solutions, and web applications. The business is seeking a results-oriented Customer Acquisition Manager who can convert prospects into paying customers and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers, present offerings, and secure new business through both face-to-face and online interactions.
- Bring businesses, schools, and other organisations onto the company’s hosting and software products.
- Design and manage digital lead-generation efforts across channels such as Google, Meta, or any other effective platform.
- Take ownership of the customer journey from initial outreach through to conversion and activation.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated success in selling and closing deals, especially in field sales or B2B sales.
- Practical experience running paid digital campaigns on platforms such as Google and Meta.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Shona.
- A proactive attitude, strong self-management, and a goal-driven approach.
- A valid driver’s licence, as the role involves travel for fieldwork.
Qualifications
A diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field is preferred; however, candidates with a strong proven record in sales may also be considered. A certificate in digital marketing will be viewed positively.
Compensation
This opportunity is open to both junior and mid-senior professionals. Junior compensation is USD 300 to USD 450 per month, while mid-senior compensation starts at USD 450 and can reach USD 600 per month. Pay is performance-linked, so earnings can increase as results improve.
