Pay and compensation

The hourly wage for this position is $22.40 to $23.40. The actual rate will be at least the minimum wage required for the job location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Depending on schedule, facility, season, or the specific work performed, premium pay may also apply and can range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. More than one premium may be paid when multiple qualifying conditions are met.
