Role overview
Wendy’s is looking for a Crew Member to join its restaurant team in Seminole, FL. From the first day, you’ll be part of a supportive crew focused on serving quality food, delivering friendly service, and keeping the restaurant running smoothly.

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $14.50 to $15.00 per hour.
What you’ll do
You’ll help deliver a positive guest experience, support your teammates, and contribute to a clean, well-run restaurant. The job also involves using typical restaurant tools and equipment while following the brand’s standards for food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
Physical and operational requirements
- You should be ready to stand and stay on your feet for most, if not all, of a shift
- You must be comfortable using equipment such as a headset, register, and grill
- You’ll need to follow established procedures to prepare food, serve customers, and maintain a clean work environment
