Join a fast-growing all-natural supplement company that scaled to US$30M in 2024 and US$105M in 2025, with a target of US$160M+ in 2026. This is a single-seat, full-time remote role for a direct-response copywriter who can own the concepts, leads, and scripts that help increase Meta ad spend from US$5M per month to US$10M+ per month over the next year.

This position is for someone who already speaks the language of performance creative: lead, mechanism, awareness level, and VSL should already be part of your vocabulary. You will work directly with the founder, who brings 5+ years of e-commerce experience, US$100M+ in Meta spend across bootstrapped brands, and first-hand experience building and exiting a brand for seven figures in under 18 months.   • Turn scripts into production briefs that editors can execute without guesswork.
  • Review CTR, hook rate, hold rate, and ROAS to decide what to cut and what to scale.
  • Produce multiple variations at volume by refreshing hooks, leads, VSL cuts, and advertorial formats for winning concepts as well as new ideas.
  • Manage the creative pipeline from start to finish in ClickUp.
