Employment Details

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position based on-site at the new Gymreapers HQ in Nampa, ID, about 20 minutes outside Boise. The role reports to the VP of Marketing and the VP of Brand & Product.

Responsibilities

  • Turn brand strategy into clear, execution-ready creative output.
  • Make sure all assets reflect Gymreapers’ voice, identity, and quality standards.
  • Keep creative consistent across paid ads, PDPs on Amazon and Shopify, email and SMS, social content, and product launches.
  • Oversee creative production from initial idea through final delivery.
  • Direct photoshoots, video shoots, and design work.
  • Adapt each creative concept so it performs well on the relevant channel while still feeling unified.
  • Develop campaign ideas and bring them to life across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Ensure campaigns feel connected rather than scattered or disconnected.
  • Partner with ecommerce and growth teams to improve CTR on ads, CVR on PDPs, and AOV through visual merchandising and bundling.
  • Use performance data to refine and iterate on creative work.
  • Lead designers, photographers, videographers, and editors with clear direction, feedback, and quality control.
  • Raise the creative bar by strengthening concepts and execution.
  • Create and improve systems for briefs, reviews, and approvals to speed up output and improve clarity.
  • Own the quality of all outgoing creative and cut weak ideas early.

Requirements

  • 6–12+ years of experience in creative roles such as design, art direction, content, or brand work.
  • 2–5+ years of experience managing and leading creative teams.
  • A strong record of producing high-quality, on-brand creative at scale.
  • A portfolio that shows campaign-level thinking, not only isolated assets.
  • Experience creating work across ads, ecommerce, social, and email channels.
  • Background in ecommerce or consumer brands; direct-to-consumer experience is required and Amazon exposure is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of paid media creative, including hooks, angles, and iteration.
  • Knowledge of PDP design and conversion principles.
  • Ability to tell visual stories across different formats.
  • Skill in translating high-level direction into clear, executable creative.
  • Experience contributing to or leading photoshoots, video production, and product launches.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
