Role overview
In this Counter Specialist position, you will help drive store sales by delivering strong customer service and making sure core policies and procedures are followed. You will play an important part in keeping counter operations efficient, supporting both in-store and online customers, and helping resolve issues when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Help improve counter processes by ensuring systems are properly put in place and consistently followed.
- Work closely with the team to create a positive experience for both in-store and online shoppers.
- Handle and resolve customer questions and complaints as required.
- Support the onboarding and training of new counter team members on systems and workflows.
What you’ll need
- A positive, can-do approach to work.
- A strong focus on achieving results and delivering the best outcome for customers.
- Good multitasking ability and a careful eye for detail.
- Previous experience with cash handling and EFTPOS is preferred, though not essential.
