Role Overview
The position is for a Coordinator focused on Employee Relations in Abu Dhabi under an Emiratisation requirement. The role supports both HR and office operations and involves a mix of administrative coordination, record handling, and day-to-day workplace support.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer routine administrative assistance across office management and human resources activities.
- Help manage employee files, records, and related documentation in an organized manner.
- Coordinate recruitment steps and assist with onboarding for new joiners.
- Keep both paper-based and digital filing systems accurate and up to date.
- Support internal communication flow and contribute to smooth office operations.
- Carry out other daily HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Experience and Education
A minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, human resources, or a similar area is required. A High School Diploma is mandatory for this job grade.
