About Socielle
Socielle is a social media management SaaS product set to launch on July 12. The company is looking for a creator who can serve as the on-camera personality for its short-form video presence on TikTok and Instagram.
Socielle is designed for social media managers, freelancers, agencies, and UGC creators who want to replace multiple tools with a single platform. The offering includes two products: an agency portal with client portals, content calendars, auto-publishing, analytics, invoicing, and AI support starting at $35 per month flat; and a creator studio for UGC creators and influencers that helps manage brand partnerships, media kits, pitch decks, and earnings tracking starting at $15 per month flat.
The brand’s target audience includes overwhelmed social media managers, agency owners handling several clients, and UGC creators running their business mentally rather than through a system. The content should connect with people who appreciate humor, relatability, and messaging that makes them feel understood.
Role Overview
This position involves producing short-form social content each month, with a mix of skits and talking-head videos. Scripts will be provided, but the company is specifically looking for someone who adds original ideas, spots trends early, and can challenge or improve the creative direction when needed. This is not a role for simply reading from a script.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will create 12 to 16 short videos every month for TikTok and Instagram. The work should combine performance, creative thinking, trend awareness, and a strong sense of what will resonate with the audience.
Who This Role Suits
The right person should feel comfortable appearing on camera, understand the mechanics of short-form content, and know how to make software-focused content entertaining and approachable. You should also be able to edit your own videos and bring a polished creative eye to the work.
Compensation and Growth
This is a part-time contract position offering $300 per month to start. Socielle is a self-funded startup that is two weeks away from launch, and the company is being transparent about its current stage. As the business grows, this role is expected to grow as well, with the possibility of expanding into a wider marketing position for the right candidate.
