Concierge - Porter

Role overview

Voyages Tourism Australia is hiring a Porter for Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, Northern Territory. This is an on-site position at the resort, about 20 minutes by road from Uluru. The role sits within the Front Office team and focuses on providing warm, efficient guest service while creating a strong first and last impression for visitors.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests on arrival and see them off in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Handle guest baggage across the hotels and ensure luggage movement is completed promptly.
• Support arriving guests by coordinating with reception on room assignments and delivering luggage to guest rooms soon after check-in.
• Keep hotel spaces, including guest rooms, offices, vehicles, conference and function areas, and outdoor property areas, well maintained and cared for as directed by management.

Important job requirement

A full Australian driver’s licence is essential for this role, and a manual licence is preferred.
