Clinic Helper

Role overview

Dr Joy Dental Clinic Dubai is looking for a Clinic Helper to help keep the premises clean, safe, and comfortable for patients and visitors. This is an on-site role based in Burjuman, where you will contribute to the day-to-day upkeep of the clinic and support a welcoming patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across the clinic in line with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) standards.
• Carry out routine housekeeping tasks such as mopping, toilet cleaning, and other general cleaning work.
• Assist as a hostess by preparing and serving tea and coffee to patients and visitors.
• Monitor cleaning stock levels and alert management when supplies need replenishing.
• Provide additional cleaning or minor support assistance to clinic staff whenever needed.

Required background

The role calls for someone who has worked previously in a clinic environment or in a helper/housekeeping position. A solid understanding of hygiene practices and cleaning methods used in healthcare settings is important, along with the physical stamina to handle cleaning and hostess duties through the day. Basic communication skills are also needed for interacting with patients and team members.

Preferred profile

It would be an advantage to have experience in healthcare or hospitality, familiarity with DHA clinic cleaning expectations or similar standards, a warm and patient-friendly approach, and the ability to communicate in more than one language.
