Role overview

This position is focused on handling company incorporation and amendment work end to end, including completion of documentation, labor and immigration filings, preparation of client proposals, banking support, and ensuring legal compliance across contractual matters to help the Operations Department meet its goals.

Government liaison and operational support

  • Coordinate with ADGM, DIFC, the Ministry of Labor, Immigration Department, Police Department, Economic Department, Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, Civil Court, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, embassies, free zone authorities, and other relevant public bodies to obtain accurate and timely information for operational activities.
  • Manage the accurate preparation and submission of company incorporation, amendment, and government liaison applications.

Core responsibilities

  • Track and record expiry alerts for licenses, visas, passports, compliance filings, and similar requirements in the CRM with precision.
  • Support the Business Development team by gathering and preparing proposal information in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Prepare, follow through, and complete all required SOPs and procedural steps for the UAE, KSA, and other applicable jurisdictions in line with CBC requirements and authority regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships between CBC, its clients, and other stakeholders.
