About the role

HLB HAMT is hiring a client-centered, growth-oriented Client Acquisition & Relationship Manager in Dubai. This role focuses on strengthening long-term client partnerships, improving retention, and uncovering new business opportunities within the existing client base.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to support continued engagement and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the main contact for important accounts and stay aligned with their changing business requirements.
  • Spot opportunities to offer additional services and expand business with existing clients.
  • Hold regular meetings and relationship check-ins to deepen client partnerships.
  • Keep client records, engagement notes, and relationship details accurate and up to date.
