Role Summary

This full-time onsite position in Dubai is for a Cleaner who will keep the office and associated areas clean, sanitary, and presentable. The job calls for consistent attention to hygiene standards in a medical-equipment business setting, along with careful use of cleaning materials and adherence to safety procedures.

Key Duties

• Maintain cleanliness across offices, corridors, restrooms, storage areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Carry out routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping surfaces, and clearing waste bins.
• Clean windows, doors, fixtures, and other areas whenever needed.
• Disinfect frequently touched surfaces to support hygiene standards.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and bathroom essentials when required.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards without delay.
• Follow the company’s cleaning timetable and use products and equipment in a safe manner.
• Support the arrangement of storage spaces, preparation of meeting rooms, and basic setup or cleanup before and after deliveries or internal events.

Qualifications and Work Requirements

• Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities support in office, retail, or healthcare-related environments.
• Familiarity with basic cleaning techniques, safe handling of chemicals, and proper use of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work from schedules, checklists, and verbal or written instructions with close attention to detail.
• Good time management and the ability to complete tasks efficiently with little supervision.
• Understanding of workplace hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards, particularly in environments connected to medical equipment.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, lift light to moderate loads, and repeat cleaning tasks during the shift.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional behavior, with a cooperative approach to teamwork and communication.
• Basic English communication skills; prior work experience in Dubai or other GCC countries is an added advantage.
