Role overview

We are looking for a Children’s Care Assistant in Uxbridge, Hillingdon, to support younger customers in their own homes. The role focuses on delivering care in a respectful, person-centred way that helps each child maintain independence while receiving practical day-to-day assistance agreed with the customer and Caremark.

The support provided will be similar to the kind of help a family member might offer, including personal care and domestic support. You will travel to customers’ homes and carry out planned tasks as part of a flexible full-time position.

Pay and working pattern

Pay ranges from £11.00 to £18.50 per hour, with mileage paid at 40p per mile, along with pension and other benefits. Working hours are flexible.

Location and travel requirements

This position is based in Uxbridge. Applicants must live locally, within 5 miles of the Hillingdon Borough, and must be car drivers with their own vehicle and a valid UK driving licence.
